Des boulangeries où il n'y a plu de pain à partir de 18h30, méritent-elles ce nom? non elle ne mérite même pas leur nom car tout commerce se doit d'être et avoir ce qu'il faut lol!!!

Pour utiliser l'appellation "boulangerie", il faut respecter un certain nombre de critères tel que pétrir et cuire son pain sur place. Il n'est pas exiger d'avoir de la marchandise à toute heure pour répondre aux besoins et envies de clients grincheux. Car s'il lui reste du pain sur les bras au moment de la fermeture, c'est de la perte sèche. Je dirai donc que ce boulanger a une bonne maitrise de sa production.

Et quand on est pas content, on change de crèmerie ...euh de boulangerie !!
